Automotive Technician job at Texaco - Automotive Technician needed

We have immediate openings at our dealerships for a Automotive Technician of any skill level.

Texaco from Russell Kansas is hiring Automotive Technician

Entry-level Automotive Technician will begin at an hourly position with the Automotive Technician performing preventative maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations and balances, filter replacements, light bulbs, safety inspections-noting any recommended repairs ended on the vehicle, and misc cleaning duties in the shop) while undergoing the required factory training to become a certified technician.

As the entry-level technician progresses in their training and real-world experience, additional repairs (brake jobs, alignments, simple recalls) will be added to the technician's duties.

This process of adding more advanced repairs will continue as the technician's skill level and manufacturer technician training is completed, eventually resulting in the entry-level technician becoming a fully certified flat-rate technician.

Experienced technicians will come in with the opportunity to be on a flat rate pay plan and earn what you produce.

Our dealerships utilize bumper-to-bumper technicians so all work is done by the same technician.

We require all level Automotive Technician to be at work from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with a regular rotation on Saturdays.

This is full-time with benefits position and we are only seeking serious candidates who are looking to be professional automotive technicians.

 

Automotive Technician: 1 year

High school or equivalent
